Job summary

The Vale Academy in Brigg, North Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. You will provide general maintenance, cleaning and security to support a safe learning environment.

As part of our Trust, you will ensure checks are logged on the electronic reporting system and work as part of an outstanding facilities team dedicated to high standards across the academy.

The Vale Academy are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your new role

The Vale is a successful and high achieving 11 to 18 academy which has an excellent reputation and an established trend of high student outcomes, which are consistently above those achieved nationally. Indeed, 2025 outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority with attainment at 4+ and 5+ in both English and Maths at 77% and 65% respectively and an attainment score of 51.6.

The academy is situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire and serves a largely rural community. Brigg itself is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Many of our students travel a considerable distance to school.
