Job summary

The Vale Academy in Brigg, North Lincolnshire is seeking a Site Supervisor on a permanent, full-time basis to maintain and secure the academy site and ensure checks are logged on the Trust's reporting system.

You will deliver general maintenance, cleaning, and security tasks, contribute to a safe learning environment, and work with colleagues to support the academy's high standards.

Job description

The Vale Academy are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our academy as soon as possible on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust's electronic reporting system.

Your new school

The Vale is a successful and high achieving 11 to 18 academy which has an excellent reputation and an established trend of high student outcomes, which are consistently above those achieved nationally. Indeed, 2025 outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority with attainment at 4+ and 5+ in both English and Maths at 77% and 65% respectively and an attainment score of 51.6.

The academy is situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire and serves a largely rural community. Brigg itself is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Many of our students travel a considerable distance to school.
