Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Sub-Agent based in Wisley, Surrey to support the Agent in delivering civil and structural works at Wisley STW. The role focuses on safe, on-time delivery with quality and profitability, offering a chance to develop leadership in important infrastructure projects.

The Sub-Agent will coordinate resources, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety policies while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Some flexibility in hours is available.

Qualifications

• This role requires a relevant management qualification or equivalent.
• Experience leading and developing teams is essential.
• Commercial awareness with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to work.
• SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and systems.
• Manage day-to-day activities aligned with the main programme to meet specification.
• Oversee labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources and record accurately.
• Monitor sub-contractor performance and delivery.
• Lead site engineers and ensure QA reporting and daily monitoring.
