Job summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Limited in Whitland, South Wales, seeks a Site and Stores Manager to oversee day-to-day management, maintenance, security, and operational effectiveness of our logistics and storage functions. The role reports to the Regional Logistics Manager – South Wales and blends site management with inventory control and transport coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience managing stores or materials in industrial/logistics settings.
• Proven leadership of teams and driving operational performance.
• Experience implementing and maintaining HSE standards and compliance systems.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage site facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for landlords, contractors and service providers.
• Oversee remote unmanned locations, including Bridgend and Swansea.
• Manage inventory, stock control, cycle counts and stock accuracy.
• Carry out daily material picking and issue materials per procedures.
• Process stock transactions using SAP and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Support teams with collection and return of materials.
• Undertake collections and deliveries between depots and sites.
• Maintain Class C/Class 2 Driving Licences and Driver CPC qualifications.
• Coordinate HGV movements for PMI inspections and site logistics.
• Complete site inspections, risk assessments and safety checks.
• Produce and maintain operational records and reports.
• Manage waste control and environmental compliance.
• Promote high standards of Health & Safety across site activities.
