Responsibilities include inspections, liaising with contractors, and supporting cleaning, grounds tasks and deliveries. This role offers professional development and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance or facilities experience.
• Confidence undertaking minor repairs across multiple trade areas.
• Understanding of site health and safety, compliance and safe working.

Responsibilities

• Site security and access control, alarms and emergency repairs.
• Maintenance and minor repairs across trades, escalating specialist work when required.
• Health and safety compliance and hazard checks.
• Contractor coordination and supervision.
• Cleaning, grounds maintenance and deliveries support.
• Site setup and lettings support.
• Monitoring inspections and maintaining records.
• First aid assistance and basic tech design support.
