Job summary

Charter Academy is seeking a Site Services Officer to help run the school premises effectively. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, handling manual tasks, janitorial duties, and monitoring and security tasks.

The successful candidate will drive a minibus and must have held a car driving licence for at least two years. We offer development opportunities and a supportive team within the Castle Phoenix Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs and maintenance in a school or similar environment.
• Must hold a driving licence for at least 2 years.
• Willingness to undertake training for professional development.

Our Site Services Officer is key to the effective running of the school. This role is varied and involves providing a quick response to general maintenance calls, manual handling and lifting, janitorial, monitoring and security duties.

The role will require driving a minibus and therefore the successful candidate will need to have held a driving license for at least 2 years.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Services Officer who has a ‘can do’ attitude who ideally will have experience of repairs and maintenance with in a similar environment.

As part of our staff professional development, we offer relevant training which provides the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge for this role.
