Join Our Site Services Team at The Compleat Food Group!

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Services Engineer based in Nottingham. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will help ensure our site complies with all relevant regulations and legislation related to site services.

Our team of over 5,000 passionate individuals drives the creation of top-quality products for UK consumers, major retailers, and leading brands like Wall's Pastry, Squeaky Bean, and Unearthed.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. The role includes working one Saturday in three, with the following Monday off.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Ensuring GMP standards in designated Site Services areas
• Attending daily engineering meetings
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (critical and non-critical)
• Handling breakdowns and reactive maintenance on all site services equipment
• Delivering engineering health and safety actions and food safety initiatives
• Managing contractors and ensuring safety onsite

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• BGO1 guidance on boiler operation (operator or manager)
• 17th/18th Edition electrical regulations
• Experience in a similar role or recognized trade compliance
