Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to oversee security services at our Radway Green site. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure client satisfaction, and drive high performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will manage out-of-hours emergency calls and incidents, while developing a capable team and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver top-tier protection.

Qualifications

• Senior security management experience.
• 5 year checkable work history.
• Must be a born British Citizen or hold British Passport for min 5 years.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Valid SIA Licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations at Radway Green.
• Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls and incidents with urgency.
