Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Site Security Supervisor to lead and support a team of Security Officers at a secure facility in Rochester. You will manage incidents, coordinate emergency responses, conduct patrols and compliance checks, monitor CCTV and access control, and prepare clear reports for site management.

This full-time permanent role offers a 56-hour weekly schedule (7 on / 3 off, 7 on / 4 off) with day and night shifts, and a competitive hourly pay of £16.24.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Previous security supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good IT and report writing skills.
• Flexibility to work days and nights.
• Eligible for SC Clearance.
• British citizen.
• 5 year checkable work history.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Security Officers.
