Ward Security Limited is seeking a Security Manager to lead a prominent on-site security team at a landmark London location. The role involves strategic direction, client liaison, and overseeing security operations to maintain exceptional standards.

You will chair security meetings, drive training and compliance with SIA requirements, and manage equipment and documentation including CCTV operations. A strong leader with industry credentials is essential.

Competenze

• SIA Licensed (CCTV Licence essential).
• Holds a driving licence.
• Confident with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven leadership in security operations.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and strategic leadership to a large on-site security team.
• Develop and implement tailored security procedures to safeguard people, property, and assets.
• Build trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders such as local authorities and emergency services.
• Lead on risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats.
• Chair and contribute to key stakeholder and security meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the training, development, and performance of all officers, ensuring compliance with SIA and site requirements.
• Manage all equipment, accountability processes, and site documentation, including CCTV operations and data release.
• Support emergency response efforts and lead crisis management procedures to maintain safety and minimise disruption.
• Drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
