Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the provision of security services in a busy public environment.
• Hold a valid SIA Security Licence and, where necessary, a Public Space Surveillance Licence.
• Demonstrable customer service skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and handle demanding situations.
• Honest and reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to undertake on-site training for emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage security officers and cleaning personnel.
• Inspect the facility to verify high standards of cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate security and cleaning schedules to avoid disruption to daily activities.
• Handle emergencies, accidents, or security breaches and supervise cleanup and safety measures.
• Manage the budget for equipment, uniforms, cleaning chemicals and security technology.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety and labour laws.
