Wilson James is seeking a Security Officer for a permanent role in North West London. You will provide a highly visible security presence, manage access controls, monitor CCTV and incident response, and support events across the site.

The role emphasizes leadership, an independent working style, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a high-traffic environment. PPE and site inductions may be required on active construction areas.

Competenze

• Hold a current DS & CCTV SIA Licence.
• Detail-oriented approach essential for security monitoring.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage area of responsibility.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in high-traffic, customer-facing environments; good stakeholder interaction.
• Open to adopting new technologies that support the role, including AI.

Mansioni

• Provide a highly visible security presence on site with strict access control.
• Check badges and visitor passes, maintain security awareness.
• Support events by managing access flow and acting as emergency contact.
• Respond to Fire Safety System activations promptly.
• Patrol the site to deter intruder activity and report suspicious persons.
• Liaise with Control Room, GSOC, and external emergency services in emergencies.
• Ensure hands-over is completed at start of each shift and follow instructions.
