Wilson James is seeking a Security Officer to join our team at North West London. This permanent role involves leading a security team, protecting premises and personnel, and reporting on site activities.

The position requires a DS & CCTV SIA Licence, strong leadership, and the ability to work across sites within the client portfolio when needed. Rotations, incident response, and daily reporting are key parts of the role.

Qualificações

• DS & CCTV SIA Licence is required.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently within a security team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure site security staff on shift implement site security procedures.
• Rotate officers across shifts to ensure consistency of service.
• Provide first line response to incidents and manage them per site procedures.
• Ensure alarms are responded to immediately and properly escalated with timely reports.
• Be conversant with emergency evacuation procedures at all locations.
• Play role in emergencies including evacuation, protests, and first aid incidents.
• Maintain Daily Occurrence Logs with high attention to detail.
• Carry out effective handover of information and equipment between shifts.
• Operate internal security patrols to delineate site areas.
• Protect premises, property and personnel from theft, damage and violence; report damage or security issues.
• Provide a professional, courteous customer-focused service.
• Offer advice and reassurance to site visitors.
