The role demands a flexible, customer-facing security professional who can adapt to day shifts and occasional Sunday work, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key tasks include maintaining a professional security presence, assisting with first aid when needed, and producing clear incident reports.

Qualifications

• SIA license required and full UK driving licence.
• 5-year checkable work/career history.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief cover across multiple locations within a region.
• Follow site operational guidance and deliver quality service.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
• Provide a proactive public-facing presence with directions as needed.
• Assist with conflict resolution on client premises when required.
• Ensure adherence to site rules with colleagues and public.
• Apply initiative to handle threatening situations and involve others.
• Maintain a smart appearance and visible security presence.
• Provide basic first aid if required (training provided).
• Write legible incident reports when incidents occur.
• Work with the team to maintain safety and security.
