Job summary

Redfox Executive Selection Ltd is sourcing an Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a state-of-the-art growing and production facility in Wiltshire. You will lead the maintenance function, supervise technicians, and stay hands-on with daily engineering work to keep critical systems running safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive preventative maintenance, manage contractors, and coordinate with production, quality control, and security to minimise disruption while

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ engineering or maintenance experience in glasshouse, production, or technical environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate engineering records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee daily engineering activities.
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support infrastructure including heating, electrical and cooling systems.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and security to minimise disruption.
• Manage equipment suppliers and contractors; ensure high standard of work.
• Support cultivation and processing teams with engineering requirements.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and maintain records.
