HSBC is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join its team in the UK. You will enhance the stability, scalability and automation of cloud-based production environments, support system availability, and drive SLOs/SLIs and incident response.

The role includes deploying containerised apps, shaping CI/CD, and working with Kubernetes and GitOps practices. You will automate operations with Python/Bash/Go, collaborate with development and operations teams, and participate in on-call

Competenze

• Experience maintaining production systems with high availability.
• Knowledge of SRE practices including monitoring, alerting and incident response.
• Hands-on with containerised apps on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Proficient in Python, Bash or Go for automation.
• Familiar with multi-cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Strong problem solving and collaboration across teams.
