Come and join us as a Site Receptionist / Administrator at our Broomfleet site in Gilberdyke!

Wienerberger is the world's largest producer of bricks and holds the No. 1 position in the clay roof tiles market in Europe. With 204 plants across 30 countries, we manufacture over 400 products including bricks, roof tiles, construction membranes, and piping solutions for the homebuilding, renovation, and built environment markets, supported by our commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.

Our Role

We are recruiting a part-time Site Receptionist / Administrator to join us at our Broomfleet site in Gilberdyke. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide confidential, timely, accurate, and efficient reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the business, managing workload and commitments effectively.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Undertaking reception duties, liaising with visitors and site attendees, and ensuring site inductions are completed and up-to-date
  • Providing general administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the plant
  • Creating and managing purchase orders, goods receipting, handling invoice queries, maintaining weekly outstanding jobs list, and using SAP for commands
  • Producing documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as required
  • Communicating professionally with external and internal clients
  • Data entry using spreadsheets, SAP, and other bespoke systems
  • Assisting the Office Manager with payroll and covering payroll duties when needed
  • Ensuring training files and documentation are audit-ready at all times
  • Proactively identifying areas where administrative support can be provided
Skills & Experience
  • Salary (full-time equivalent): £23,873, pro-rata for 22.5 hours/week
  • Reception experience, including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Proactive and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Confident in verbal and written communication
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Experience with timesheet and payroll data input
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP experience is desirable
Hours of Work

22.5 hours per week over three days (Monday - Wednesday), to be discussed at interview.
