Barrwall Group Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager for a major £110m student accommodation development in Bath. The role is permanent and hands-on, reporting to a Senior Project Manager on a high-profile site.

You will lead day-to-day delivery, coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, drive programme and safety, and ensure works are completed to required standards on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live construction projects with a Tier 1 main contractor.
• Strong project management and site delivery experience.
• Confident coordinating subcontractors, site teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the project and coordinate the wider site team.
• Drive programme, quality and health & safety to ensure works meet standards.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Senior Site Managers and the Contracts Manager.
