Job summary

Nicholas Associates is seeking a Site Manager for a 24 week contract to oversee a fire remediation package in Cardiff City Centre. You will produce and adjust RAMS, plan plant, labour and materials, and ensure H&S QA compliance on a multi-storey residential project.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics and installation of soft strip, SFS, weatherboard, bracketry, fire stop, EPDM, insulation, aluminium windows, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render, with a focus on safety and on-time

Qualifications

• Experience in fire remediation projects on multi-storey residential schemes.
• Ability to produce and adjust RAMS documents.
• Strong health and safety QA oversight.

Responsibilities

• Produce/adjust RAMS for the project and coordinate site activities.
• Schedule plant, labour and materials to meet project milestones.
• Manage H&S QA procedures and site compliance.
• Oversee the logistics and installation of fire remediation works (soft strip, SFS, weatherboard, bracketry, fire stop, EPDM, insulation, aluminium windows, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render).

I am looking for a Site Manager who will be required to produce / adjust RAMS, schedule plant labour & materials, manage H&S QA and progress in the logistics and installation of a fire remediation package to include soft strip, SFS, weatherboard, bracketry, fire stop, EPDM, insulation, aluminium windows, rainscreen cladding, EWI system & render on a multi-story high-rise residential schemes in Cardiff City Centre.
