Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Site Management Team as a Site Practitioner within the Operations Division, Eastern Services. The role focuses on safe patient flow, capacity management and 24-hour clinical and operational support.

Working pattern is 22.5 hours per week on a rotational shift including days, nights and weekends. Fixed term until 01 July 2027, with secondment options for NHS staff.

• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of patient flow, capacity and escalation.
• Coordinate the Hospital Out of Hours service.
• Provide expert clinical and operational support across the organisation.
