Job summary

• Experience in operational management within an acute Trust environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage patient demand, including non-clinical and clinical events.
• Coordinate with Integrated Discharge Service and directorate teams for patient flow.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership for safe admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide night-time clinical expertise to develop and improve services and support staff.
• Ensure 24/7 visibility of post holders to uphold patient safety and care standards.
