SUEZ in Barnstaple is seeking a customer service focused team member to help the public use the site to maximise recovery of materials and keep the site tidy. You will advise visitors, answer questions and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You’ll adhere to health and safety rules, maintain records of material removals, and enjoy a competitive salary with a performance bonus and wellbeing benefits, plus a pension scheme.

What you’ll do:

Providing excellent levels of customer service, you will advise and assist members of the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials they are depositing and keeping the site tidy.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure you comply with SUEZ health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
