W Talent is supporting a growing, project-driven organisation within site services and engineering. We're looking for a Operations Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day project delivery, team coordination, and operational performance across multiple sites.

The Role:

As a Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of site-based projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Supporting the Site Operations Manager, you'll act as a key link between technicians, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of site services projects (Asphalts or Earthworks)
• Ensure delivery against deadlines, budgets, and client requirements
• Track progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
• Allocate resources effectively to maximise productivity

Team Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and support site technicians
• Manage schedules via the jobs board to balance workload and utilisation
• Ensure team alignment with company standards and project objectives

Operational Efficiency

• Identify and implement process improvements to improve delivery and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues such as delays, resource gaps, or equipment failures

Quality & Compliance

• Work with quality teams to ensure testing meets industry and client standards
• Maintain high standards across all site activities

Health & Safety

• Enforce safety procedures across all sites
• Conduct inspections and proactively manage risk

Scheduling & Coordination

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Communication & Reporting

• Act as the main point of contact for project-related queries
• Maintain accurate records and produce progress, safety, and performance reports
