Job summary

AMENTUM seeks a seasoned site manager to oversee all operational, administrative and life-support functions at the designated UK site. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage resources and budget, ensure PWS compliance, and report program performance to senior stakeholders.

The role requires an undergraduate degree (or higher) and extensive management experience, with readiness for domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires undergraduate degree or higher and 6+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract requirements are met at site and resources allocated to meet PWS and policies.
• Supervise contract activities and serve as principal program representative at site.
• Attend program reviews and brief senior officials on site performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and measure progress of site activities; ensure quality and safety standards.
