Job summary

SearchCo Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager to join our on-site team on large-scale, technically complex projects. You will own quality processes, drive right-first-time delivery and collaborate with project, design and supply chain teams to ensure standards are met.

You will lead ITPs, QA checks and site inspections, while promoting continuous improvement and a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary teams on a busy site in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality management on construction sites.
• Knowledge of QA processes, ITPs and site audits.
• Strong on-site leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans.
• Lead quality assurance and control processes across a large new build project.
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality records and handover documentation.
• Investigate and resolve defects and non-conformances.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for quality.
