As a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. • Lead multi-customer operations within the site
• Drive and implement strategic initiatives
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy
• Drive site budgets and P&L accountability

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
• Strong site management experience, including facilities
• Exceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations within a 3PL environment
• Excellent people management and influencing skills
• Commercial acumen
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
