Your new role
As People Operations Manager, you will lead and inspire our People Services and Business Partnering teams. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring the organisation's people processes and culture are best-in-class, compliant, and aligned with our business goals. This will include the following areas:
* Lead - People Services & Business Partnering teams. Managing a team of 6/7
* Drive - wellbeing, engagement, and performance strategy.
* Oversee - employee lifecycle and ensure legal compliance.
* Manage - pay, benefits, and reward strategy.
* Advise - employee relations and coach leaders.
* Enhance - HR systems and deliver data insights.
* Ensure - GDPR compliance and data protection.

What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role and team management.
* Ideally you have worked within a complex, multi-site organisation
* You must have experience in a sector with a mix of blue and white collar workers and or retail etc rather than professional services.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and driving strategic people initiatives.
* Effective communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for people, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
What you'll get in return
Up to £73k plus car allowance c£9k or company car
The package also includes profit share: this year 14%, last year 12%
