Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the Sainsbury’s RRU site in Waltham Abbey. You will lead the equipment management operation, drive service levels, safety and cost performance, and mentor the operational team.

The role is full-time, permanent, mainly Mon-Fri 09:00–17:00 with some flexibility. Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus comprehensive benefits and pension. You will ensure contractual standards are met and foster GXO values across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing site budgets and headcount.
• Experience conducting employee relations hearings.
• Ability to ensure service levels and contract standards.
• Leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Management of and input into the site budget/headcount with the parameters set by the senior manager.
• Conduct employee relations hearings in line with the company policy, procedures and national union agreements.
• Ensure services to our customer exceed their expectations and our company standards as defined within agreed contracts.
• Ensure that positive and progressive employee relations are maintained and are under-pinned by the GXO values, and Our Difference vision.
