GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Team Leader for the Equipment Management operation at the Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. This role oversees tasks, handles returned equipment, and supports the shift manager in engaging the team during varying workloads.

The position is full-time and *permanent*, offering a 05:00–15:00 shift pattern across 4 days, with a salary up to £28,516.80 per annum and 24 days of annual leave, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.,
