GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the Sainsbury’s RRU site in Waltham Abbey. You will lead the equipment management operation, drive service levels, safety and cost performance, and mentor the operational team.
The role is full-time, permanent, mainly Mon-Fri 09:00–17:00 with some flexibility. Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus comprehensive benefits and pension. You will ensure contractual standards are met and foster GXO values across the site.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join equipment management operation at our Sainsbury’s RRU site in Waltham Abbey. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations. You will oversee the activities of the site and provide guidance to the operational team to ensure operations service, performance safety target and standards are met in full.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. We do require some flexibility, this is logistics after all.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
