Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Daventry to own day-to-day management and operational performance of the client’s property portfolio. You will ensure Health & Safety compliance, deliver excellent customer service, oversee budgets and drive continuous improvement across the site.

The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships, managing multi-disciplinary FM teams, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing facilities and service delivery on site.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and risk assessment.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and tenants, delivering a best‑in‑class service experience.
• Attend client meetings and represent the site with professionalism.
• Prepare, monitor, and control service agreements in line with client budgets.
• Track and analyse KPIs, implementing corrective actions to improve performance across buildings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major works and projects on‑site.
• Produce management reports for internal and client use.
• Coordinate external contracts to meet company standards.
• Oversee FM activities on‑site and coordinate subcontractors and service partners.
• Ensure work orders are created and approved before work begins.
• Attend internal and client meetings regularly.
• Manage daily site‑based customer relationships including Senior Technicians and Area Manager.
• Communicate changes to site scope or service requirements to Contract Manager.
• Assist in quotes for additional works and approvals via Web Quote.
• Coordinate approved extra works up to £30k with subcontractors.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and feed into continuous improvement.
