Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Site Administrator to support the site management team across several areas of operations. The role requires data analysis and the ability to respond swiftly in a dynamic manufacturing environment, engaging with multiple departments.

You will manage communications, assist in improving site processes, and coordinate admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and visitor handling at the Hamilton site.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills for a fast-moving site.
• Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
• High level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid administrative capabilities and file/document management.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage site communications and support data analysis for improvement projects.
• Assist Supply Chain, New Business and Customer Service functions.
• Oversee inventory of site office supplies and stationery.
• Coordinate company uniform distribution.
• Support management with the Time Management System usage.
• Book meetings and greet customers/visitors on site.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for Hamilton site.
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing post.
• Act as site champion for charity committees, health and wellbeing, and awards.
