This position is available for one individual or as a part‑time job share, offering flexibility for the right candidate(s). This role is essential in ensuring both school sites remain safe, clean, secure, and well‑maintained so that pupils, staff, and visitors can enjoy an environment that supports learning and wellbeing. Working as part of a supportive site team, you will be a valued member of our #TeamMET community.
Due to the operational requirements of supporting two school sites, the successful candidate will be required to work a split‑shift pattern to accommodate the opening and closing of the school premises (mainly the Great Hollands Primary School site). The role will therefore require some early morning and evening working, and there may be occasional additional out-of-hours responsibilities to support school activities, lettings, emergencies, or site security needs.
