Job summary

First Response Group in Reading is seeking an Operations Support Manager to coordinate site mobilisation, welfare and compliance across multiple locations. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the professional delivery of services.

You will work with Operations Managers to maintain high service levels, train officers on compliance, and manage security equipment deployment on a rolling shift pattern. Driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational or security supervisory role.
• Knowledge of security compliance and health & safety standards.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Experience with site mobilisations and client management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and mobilisation of new sites.
• Conduct site surveys and input mobilisation planning.
• Support Operations Managers in managing client expectations.
• Carry out welfare checks on security officers.
• Ensure compliance with AI, RAMS and safety requirements.
• Oversee deployment of security equipment and devices.
• Provide incident support and escalation procedures.
• Liaise with clients and security teams during emergencies.
