Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing projects in West London. The role covers internal refurbishments, external works, and retrofit schemes, with a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and quality.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise subcontractors, ensure compliance, and maintain strong relationships with residents and clients while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the social housing sector.
• Experience with internal refurbishments, external works, and retrofit projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work in occupied housing with a customer-focused approach.

About the Role
