Job summary

Adler and Allan Group is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to oversee the delivery of fast-paced wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure projects from our Exeter depot. You’ll lead multiple site teams, coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners, and ensure quality, safety and compliance on every job.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll manage budgets, schedules, RAMS, and client updates while building strong relationships with authorities and clients across the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Management within wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure or civils.
• Solid knowledge of civil engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS and NEC4 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate programmes, milestones and client deadlines.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and KPIs with the commercial teams.
• Ensure RAMS, site records and inspections are in place and up to date.
• Support pre-construction activities with technical input and site visits.
• Liaise with local authorities and authorities as required.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
