Job summary

Our Client in Winchester is seeking a Senior Site Manager/Construction Manager to lead on a major water sector upgrade for Southern Water. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee health, safety, environment and sustainability, ensuring compliance on all delivered construction work.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage RAMS, and drive constructability reviews, with a focus on zero waste and reduced embodied carbon across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Temporary Works experience/qualification required.
• Project management experience essential.
• Qualification in a construction related discipline.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in the water/wastewater industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site construction teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Approve RAMS and manage supplier performance for safety and quality.
• Lead constructability reviews and sign-off for assembly.
• Drive zero waste and lower embodied carbon in activities.
• Coordinate resources and ensure H&S compliance across the site.
• Raise contractual and commercial notices promptly.
