Odin Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee structured cabling projects in Central London. Lead engineering teams, liaise with clients, manage resources and ensure on-time delivery with strong health and safety focus.

The role requires proven experience in copper and fibre installations and ability to coordinate multiple activities across busy sites. 6-month contract with competitive DOE rates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing structured cabling projects.
• Strong copper and fibre infrastructure knowledge.
• Confident at coordinating engineers and liaising with clients.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day structured cabling installation projects across sites.
• Plan engineer workloads and monitor progress against programme.
• Ensure site teams have resources and maintain health and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients, attend site meetings, provide status updates on risks and milestones.
• Oversee copper and fibre installation activities, manage timesheets, labour, site docs and subcontractors.
