Job summary

Odin Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead structured cabling and technology infrastructure projects across London, the Midlands and Europe. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards, with ~80% of time in London and travel to sites in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, costs and commercial performance.
• Ability to coordinate engineers, subcontractors and technical teams.
• Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources and tracking progress.
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and deliver projects, manage subcontractors and technical teams.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure commercial and operational objectives are achieved.
• Monitor costs, manage risks, maintain schedules, ensure quality, compliance and health & safety requirements are met.
• Oversee handovers, ensuring all as-built documentation, certifications, O&M manuals and outstanding actions are completed prior to close out.
