Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited, on behalf of a client in London, seeks an experienced Site Manager for coverage across Zone 1 & 2 in London. You will lead on-site installation teams, coordinate works with site personnel and manage documentation for smart building projects.

Ideal candidates will have ECS/SMSTS, a full UK driving licence, and experience with structured cabling, access control or CCTV systems, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager on cabling or security projects.
• Knowledge across structured cabling, electronic security and AV/cabling.
• Proven ability to coordinate on-site teams and documentation.
• ECS and SMSTS qualifications are preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Site Manager - Structured Cabling

Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are specialists across digital buildings, digital infrastructure, audio visual and electronic security.

They work on some of the best projects in London and the business has been established since 1986.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for coverage across Zone 1 & 2 In London.

The Role:

Based within the design and build team responsible for the on-site installation, support and maintenance of specialist smart building technology

Responsible for managing and coordinating on site installation teams, liaising with site personnel to ensure all works are coordinated whilst managing all documentation

Whilst you will have strong underlying competencies in managing the installation of structured cabling projects, you will also have a willingness to learn and develop skills working across areas such as audio visual, electronic security

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Site Manager
• You will ideally have gained expertise across sectors such as: Structured cabling, Electronic security, Audio Visual / cabling infrastructure
• Knowledge and experience with access control OR CCTV systems and installations
• Strong communication skills
• Any experience managing installations of mainstream copper and fibre ICT Cabling systems
• ECS, SMSTS
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary & Benefits:

• £45,000 - £50,000
