Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Mechanical Supervisor in sprinkler systems, fire protection or mechanical pipework.
• Strong understanding of mechanical installation processes and site operations.
• Valid SSSTS certification and CSCS Supervisor card are required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day supervision and coordination of sprinkler installation and mechanical pipework.
• Manage site operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Monitor progress against project programmes and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, site procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and resources to maintain progress.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineering and design teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works meet specifications.
• Review RAMS and ensure proper implementation.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Identify delays, issues and risks and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
