Pertemps is currently recruiting a Site Supervisor to work on a hospital project in Cardiff with a focus on sprinkler systems and mechanical pipework. You will oversee daily site activities alongside the client’s supervision and project design teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to programme.

The role requires SMSTS, Black CSCS, and strong health and safety knowledge, plus good communication and coordination skills.

Formación

• Experience managing sprinkler or mechanical pipework projects.
• SMSTS certification.
• Black CSCS card.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate site operatives.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure work meets project deadlines.
• Coordinate with project management, design teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues to keep the project on track.
• Provide regular progress updates to the project team.

Location: Velindre Hospital, Cardiff, CF14 2TL

Rate: Up to £450 per day

Start: ASAP

Duration: Up to 6 months, with potential for further work

Hours: Up to 10 hoursa day

Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to work with a client on a project in Cardiff in a hospital. Candidates with a sprinkler background are preferred, although those with experience in mechanical pipework will also be considered. Working alongside the client's existing site-based supervision and project design teams, you will oversee daily site activities and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.

Key Responsibilities
