Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Site Manager for social housing roofing projects in Ramsgate. You will manage occupied and tenanted properties, coordinate subcontractors, monitor health & safety, and ensure programme delivery.

The role requires strong communication, site inspection skills, and good IT/reporting abilities. You will build positive relationships with residents and clients while delivering high-quality works on time and safely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing roofing projects
• Experience working in occupied and tenanted properties
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out regular site inspections involving ladders and scaffold access
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT and reporting skills
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Respectful, professional and resident-focused attitude
• Team player with the ability to build strong working relationships

Responsibilities

• Managing social housing roofing projects occupied and tenanted properties
• Overseeing subcontractors, site activities, health & safety, and programme delivery
• Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Building positive relationships with residents, clients and operational teams
• Working closely with the wider project team to achieve contract objectives
