Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing roofing works in Ramsgate. This hands-on role requires coordinating residents, occupiers, subcontractors and programme delivery on live properties, with a focus on safety and quality.

The initial contract is six weeks with a strong chance of extension for the right candidate. A daily rate of £270 is on offer, with an active workload in a busy social housing framework and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing roofing projects.
• Experience working in occupied and tenanted properties.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance procedures.
• Physically fit and comfortable inspecting with ladders and scaffold access.

Initial 6-Week Contract with Potential Extension

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing roofing works across the Ramsgate area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to join a busy and growing contract. The initial assignment is for 6 weeks; however, due to an increasing workload, there is a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Managing social housing roofing projects occupied and tenanted properties
• Overseeing subcontractors, site activities, health & safety, and programme delivery
• Carrying out site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Building positive relationships with residents, clients and operational teams
• Working closely with the wider project team to achieve contract objectives

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing roofing projects
