Apex Search and Selection Limited is helping a leading Social Housing contractor recruit an experienced Roofing Site Manager to deliver planned roofing works and full re-roofing projects on long-term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

This purely site-based role requires working safely at height, managing a team of subcontractors, and driving on-site quality, budget adherence and customer satisfaction through effective process management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager delivering social housing / planned roofing maintenance projects.
• Ability to work safely at height and inspect pitched roofs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and delivering projects on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned roofing works and full re-roofing projects.
• Manage quality, site team and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure projects meet budget and time scales.
