Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) project in Milton Keynes. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating sub-contractors and ensuring quality and safety standards throughout the delivery, including work in occupied properties.

The role focuses on multi-measure retrofit and renewable upgrades, with PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance and a strong emphasis on tenant relations and safety.”

Qualifications

• Proven site management experience on social housing retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of renewable technologies and insulation measures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on SHDF retrofit scheme.
• Coordinate multi-trade sub-contractors to keep works on schedule.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with PAS 2030 / PAS 2035.
• Maintain high health and safety standards on occupied properties.
• Liaise with Resident Liaison Officers to minimise resident disruption.
