Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund retrofit in Milton Keynes through to the end of March. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate supply chain, and report on progress to the client.

Experience in SHDF/ECO or warmworks contracts and strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 is essential. You'll lead site teams, ensure safety and quality in occupied homes, and maintain strong client relationships with local

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering social housing retrofit projects.
In-depth technical knowledge of decarbonisation measures (Solar PV, ASHP, CWI, Loft Insulation).
Solid working knowledge of PAS 2030 / 2035 retrofit frameworks.
Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card (Black / Gold preferred).
Strong commercial acumen and team management skills.
Experience managing client relationships with local authorities or housing associations.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of the SHDF scheme, meeting milestones and funding deadlines through to end of March.
Oversee delivery of renewable technologies and insulation measures.
Ensure PAS 2030/2035 compliance.
Monitor budget, sub-contractor valuations, master programmes, and KPIs.
Liaise with local authorities/housing associations; chair progress meetings.
Lead site teams and RLOs to maintain safety, quality and customer satisfaction in occupied homes.
