Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) project in Milton Keynes. This 6-month contract focuses on delivering whole-house retrofit measures to upgrade social housing stock to EPC Band C standards.

You will manage end-to-end decarbonisation packages, drive delivery of energy efficiency technologies such as Solar PV, ASHP, cavity wall and loft insulation, and oversee budgets, subcontractors, and milestones while ensuring

Qualifications

Experience managing social housing, planned maintenance, or renewable energy projects.
NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management, APM/PRINCE2, SMSTS, CSCS Black/Platinum Card.
Good knowledge of SHDF frameworks, EPC targets, and multi-measure renewables installations.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of decarbonisation project packages across social housing estates.
Drive delivery of energy efficiency technologies including Solar PV, ASHP, cavity wall and loft insulation.
Manage client relationships, sub-contractor supply chains, project budgets and milestones.
Ensure compliance with UK decarbonisation grant requirements, PAS 2035, and Health & Safety legislation.
