Job summary

Build Recruitment are partnering with a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a retrofit programme across Warwickshire, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon. You will manage multiple occupied properties with around five opened and five completed each week, ensuring deadlines, safety and quality.

Works include Roofing, Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, insulation, asbestos removal and windows/doors.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience.
• Must have social housing, planned works, decarbonisation, refurbishment or retrofit background.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Gold Card or Black Card essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple occupied properties, with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week.
• Oversee works across roofing, diagnostics and retrofit installations to meet programme deadlines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure health and safety compliance on site.

Site Manager Social Housing

Location: Warwickshire
Contract: 6 months initially, with potential for long-term/permanent
Payrate: £32.00per hour / £250.00per day (Umbrella or CIS)

Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a retrofit programme across Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.

The role will involve managing multiple occupied properties, with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week.

• Loft & external wall insulation

• Asbestos removal

• Windows & doors

Requirements:

• Proven Site Management experience

• Must have social housing, planned works, decarbonisation, refurbishment or retrofit background

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable managing multiple sites and subcontractors
