Job summary

Trades Hire UK Ltd is seeking an SC Cleared Site Manager for a long-term project in Cumbria. The ideal candidate will have an electrical/fire alarm background and strong site leadership experience.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, enforcing H&S, and daily coordination with the project manager. Lodge allowance may be offered if based outside Cumbria.

Qualifications

• SC Cleared experienced Site Manager from electrical/fire alarm background.
• Must have SMSTS and CSCS.
• Knowledge and experience with Fire Alarm Systems is a requirement.
• Health & safety compliance and liaison with project manager.

Job description

SC Cleared experienced Site Manager ideally from an electrical / fire alarm systems background required for a long term project in Cumbria.

Day Shift Rate: 360

Duration: 12-16 Months

Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays

Duties: Overseeing the sub contractors on site, ensuring H&S is adhered to, liaising daily with the project manager.

• Working At Heights
• 3 Day 1st Aid At Work Certificate
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate

Knowledge and experience with Fire Alarm Systems is a requirement.

Our client would be prepared to pay lodge allowance if the suitable applicant is not based in Cumbria.
